My trash assignment got me really to think about what trash is and why we have it. I wanted to get down to the core of what my trash means to me. I then came up with the idea of dissecting my garbage, to analyze each piece bit by bit as if it were a biology experiment. Each little detail helped me understand how trash 'functions' and on a larger scale, how I function.
